To Build a Transparent, Coordinated Global Network for Animal Welfare
WPA exists to connect pet owners, veterinary professionals, NGOs, shelters, volunteers, and donors into one accountable system — so that rescue, adoption, vaccination, and education programs reach more animals, more reliably, with verifiable outcomes and responsible use of every donation.
